A trainee can complete the course from the home or office, visiting our locations only during the practical sessions. Our training style first introduces trainees to the concepts and fundamentals of the knowledge areas, giving trainees a good understanding of the ‘whys’. After completion of the fundamental courses, trainees can make informed decisions in order to specialize in the different knowledge areas. During the fundamental courses, key concepts and principles are explained and demonstrated to trainees. At the end of this phase, a quiz is normally administered to determine the level of understanding.
The intermediate stage explains the areas under specialization in more detail. While the fundamental stage covers a whole breadth of principles covering different knowledge areas, the intermediate stage drills down into more detail on the exact specialization area.
At the advanced stage, trainees get knowledge and exposure to ensure mastery of the knowledge areas. Specialization projects and researches are completed to demonstrate the trainee’s depth of understanding in the knowledge area.
